Welcome to EmiratesMobilePlans! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the emiratesmobileplans.com website (the "Site") and the mobile recharge services offered therein (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Mohammad Bani Essa ("EmiratesMobilePlans", "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at privacy.html). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
EmiratesMobilePlans provides an online platform that allows users to purchase prepaid mobile airtime recharge (top-up) for mobile numbers associated with specific mobile network operators operating within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), currently including Etisalat and e& (the "Operators"). We act solely as an independent third-party reseller. We procure recharge services from authorized suppliers or the Operators and facilitate the sale and delivery to you via the Site. We are not the provider of the underlying mobile telecommunication services.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Currently, user account registration is not required to purchase mobile recharge through our Site. Should we introduce user accounts in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1. Placing Orders: To purchase a recharge, you must select the desired Operator, enter the correct UAE prepaid mobile number you wish to recharge, and choose the desired recharge amount or plan available on the Site.
4.2. Accuracy of Information: You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, particularly the mobile number and selected Operator. EmiratesMobilePlans shall not be liable, and no refunds will be issued, for any recharge sent to an incorrect mobile number or for the incorrect Operator if the error was due to inaccurate information provided by you. Please double-check all details before proceeding to payment.
4.3. Payment: You agree to pay the total amount specified for the selected recharge using one of the valid payment methods offered on the Site (e.g., credit card, debit card). All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
4.4. Pricing: All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders for which payment has already been successfully processed.
4.5. Order Confirmation: After successful payment verification, you will typically receive an on-screen confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. An email confirmation may also be sent if you provide a valid email address.
4.6. Recharge Delivery: We will initiate the recharge process immediately upon successful payment confirmation. The recharge is typically applied directly to the provided mobile number almost instantly. However, the actual time taken for the recharge to reflect on the mobile balance depends on the respective Operator's systems and network status, which are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the Operator or network issues.
4.7. Failed Transactions: If your payment fails or is declined, your recharge order will not be processed. If a technical issue on our platform prevents a successfully paid recharge from being delivered, please contact our support team.
Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of mobile recharge services, all transactions are considered final and non-refundable once the recharge has been successfully processed and delivered by the Operator to the mobile number you provided.

An exception may only be considered, at our sole discretion, in the event of a verifiable technical error originating solely from the EmiratesMobilePlans platform that resulted in non-delivery of a successfully paid recharge. You must contact our customer support within 24 hours of the transaction with relevant proof (e.g., transaction ID, proof of non-receipt from the operator) for investigation.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by EmiratesMobilePlans (Mohammad Bani Essa), its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly for personal, non-commercial recharge purposes according to these Terms.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways) that are not owned or controlled by EmiratesMobilePlans. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that EmiratesMobilePlans shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
EMIRATESMOBILEPLANS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT RESELLER. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, PRICING, OR TERMS OF THE UNDERLYING MOBILE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE OPERATORS. ANY ISSUES REGARDING NETWORK COVERAGE, SERVICE QUALITY, PLAN VALIDITY, OR BALANCE INQUIRIES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE RESPECTIVE MOBILE OPERATOR.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EMIRATESMOBILEPLANS (MOHAMMAD BANI ESSA), ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL EMIRATESMOBILEPLANS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EMIRATESMOBILEPLANS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICE; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY; (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE; AND/OR (VII) USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EMIRATESMOBILEPLANS, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR COSTS IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EMIRATESMOBILEPLANS HEREUNDER FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF EMIRATESMOBILEPLANS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EmiratesMobilePlans (Mohammad Bani Essa) and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by you; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or Intellectual Property Rights; (iv) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; or (v) any negligent or willful misconduct by you.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, which may include posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
15.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EmiratesMobilePlans concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and us.
15.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
15.3. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms.
15.4. Assignment: These Terms are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate any of our rights and obligations hereunder without consent.
15.5. Headings: The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
